So my computer and monitor just arrived finally. Apart from the 3D glasses being broken I also seems to be missing the AC power cord........ *sigh* fuck.

Anyway I have a spare one but the numbers don't quite match and i'm not plugging it in unless I know it's safe to do so.

PSU specs:
ac input = 90-256v
input current = 9-4.5A

Then there is a table like the one below.
-

My AC power cord:
On the plug it says: 13A, 250V
On the part that connects in the PSU it says: 10A, 250V
-

Can anyone help me out? Should I work with this for tonight?

So.... basically my only concern seems to be that the input current on my ac power cable is 10A where the specifications on my PSU say 9A - 4.5A. I posted the rest just in case.

If I understood this correctly(WTF is AV power cord? An AV cable/connector isn't for power), the 13A on the power cable is just the fuse Current rating. So it should be safe. Again, this is if it's the power cable/plug. If it has a transformer don't risk it.

Typo, sorry I've spent way too much time on AVforums.com lately checking tv reviews that I got confused lol.

AC power cord I ment. It's not a transformer, just a cable, one end goes in a power socket, the other in your PSU.

Ok so that's the fuse current rating, but on the end that goes in the PSU it says 10A. I'm worried this may cause damage since the psu specs on the instructions say it has an input current of 9-4.5

I don't think I need to explain what a fuse does. The 13A is the current rating of the fuse. Yes, it is safe to use a cable that is rated at 13A on a PSU that's rated as 9A input. However, if it were the other way around the fuse would melt under normal PSU load.
