Reason for selling : was going to be installed in an old case for a new computer but in change I bought a new case and I no longer need a fan controller. 

Brand : This item is not branded since it was bought in a static bag, also the component itself doesn't  have any marks of logos,  but it works nice and do the job pretty well.
