If it were made with HTML5 and Javascript I would of have said "Wow", but since it wasn't I'm just going to say Kudos to the art designer.

At this time its not worthed to develop with HTML5.  HTML5 is still in its testing phase. Adobe Flash is more stable and faster in certain areas.

Look at google's doodle's, they are amazing and they use Javascript and HTML5. Flash is not bad, don't get me wrong but it takes up too much resources (Windows or Mac).
