I am noticing that the colors are a bit different when I take a photo on my Canon D600 DSLR and view the image on the camera's display and then compares it on my PC/Laptop display. I must say that the images in the DSLR display are more beautiful.

It is very frustrating due to lighting photography reasons.

I know that one of the possible reasons is that the TFT/Laptops aren't showing true colours.

Does anyone know how to solve this problem? /or is experiencing same problem?

had the same problem with my Canon 600D, my photos were looking washed out, and much darker. I ended up shooting most of my photos with ev slightly below 0 as they looked fine on my camera screen.

Now what i did to solve this is, i lowered the display brightness, so i get a better idea of how dark the actual photo is. Another thing you should do is ALWAYS shoot in raw if you intend on taking some good photographs. You can then open up the raw photos (*.cr2 files) with Photoshop or Lightroom and adjust whatever you want then
