Hey guys,

I need to buy an external soundcard. For events purposes. It connects to the PA mixer.

It has to have at least 2 outputs, and another for Headphones/Monitor.

 

It will be used with VDJ, Resolume Avenue, Fruity Loops..

 

I know there is the Creative x-Fi (not the usb pendrive sized one, but the two others), but those that take DJing as a hobby or serious one.. are there any alternatives?

And I don't want to spend a lot.

and liked the reloop play too.. but the thing that I hate is that it has phonos and not jack.

 

Do you personally own something like this?

Have an old soundblaster from creative, used phonos though. My amplifire uses phonos as input and output. You can always buy some gold plated converters. Phonos to jack

Don't have it anymore though it burned out on me 3 years ago... :/ It had phonos in for recording and used a jack to phonos converter to connect my stuff...

 

I would suggest getting the reloop, and use phonos to jack convertors to connect it.
