150-250eu pc case with side window?

I have a CM Storm Sniper, (http://www.simarksupplies.com/Product.aspx/Search/CM-Storm) I find it pretty good and spacious, but then again, I am not the type of person who is continously comparing temperatures etc. It has a fan speed control but then again, I think that this is something which most gaming cases nowadays have.

I'm loving both the sniper and phantom (switch is not really my style or color). Good price too.

The sniper is cool.. but if you need more space.. phantom all the way

I still haven't decided on cooling, that could be a factor in choosing case size.

As a benchmark maybe, I used to play battlefield (I think everything was maxed out). The VGA used to be at a stable 50 degrees, with the VGA fan running at 50% and the case fans running at minimum. The moment I stopped playing, the VGA would return to a temperature of about 25 degrees in a few seconds.

I'm going to ask this here because I feel bad about starting a new thread every time.

What is PCI express 3.0? I know its the new version companies seem to be boasting as the best thing since sliced bread but all the forums keep saying it's useless.

I ask because the vga i'm getting happens to be 3.0 compatible and with the IVY coming out (this month I think?) I'm wondering if there's any benefit to getting a 3.0 compatible mobo aswell. Maybe future-proofing?

Not usually a fan on edgy cases but that one makes the list i'd say . Quite pricy tho.
