Hitman 2: Silent Assassin is a stealth-based shooter game, developed by IO Interactive and published by Eidos Interactive. It was the second installment of the Hitman video game series. Its predecessor is Hitman: Codename 47 and its sequel is Hitman: Contracts. The game was released first on October 1, 2002 in North America. It was also released on Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 2, Xbox and the GameCube. It has sold more than 3.7 million copies as of April 23, 2009.

Hitman Absolution is the fifth game in the Hitman: Codename 47 franchise which features the titular character "47".

Hitman: Absolution will be released onto Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC on November 20, 2012.

Hitman Absolution follows the events in Hitman: Blood Money, after Diana Burnwood assists 47 in escaping machinations from the Agency and other interested parties.

Absolution will follow 47 on a quest to repay Diana's prior efforts by locating a mysterious girl named Victoria; 47 will need to protect Vika from the depredations of the Agency and other interested parties.

Hitman: Codename 47 is the first canonical entry in the Hitman series of video games. Developed by the Danish IO Interactive in Denmark and released by Eidos Interactive, in 2000 for Microsoft Windows, it remains the only PC-exclusive Hitman game. Hitman 2: Silent Assassin is its sequel.

The story centers around Agent 47, a bald test subject branded with a barcode tattooed on the back of his head, who is rigorously trained in methods of murder. Upon escaping from a test facility, 47 is hired by the Agency, a European contract killing organization. His mission takes him to several locations—Hong Kong, Colombia, Hungary, and the Netherlands—to assassinate wealthy and decadent criminals.

Indiana Jones and the Infernal Machine (PC)

Indiana Jones and the Infernal Machine is a multi-platform action-adventure video game by LucasArts originally released in late 1999. The first 3D installment in the series, its gameplay focuses on solving puzzles, fighting enemies, and various platforming sections. The story told is set after World War II and puts the eponymous protagonist Indiana Jones against the Soviet Union, in a race for a mythological Babylonian power source. Over the course of the game, he joins forces with the Central Intelligence Agency and collects four pieces of the Infernal Machine, a biblical device that allegedly opens a portal to another dimension.

The title was designed, written, and directed by Hal Barwood who considered the Indiana Jones franchise a perfect fit for the action-adventure genre. Initially developed for the Windows 95 and 98 operating systems, the game later received an enhanced Nintendo 64 port jointly developed with Factor 5, as well as a 2D version for the Game Boy Color created by HotGen.

Infernal Machine received generally favorable reviews, having been praised for its detailed storyline and sophisticated level designs, though widely criticized for its unwieldy control scheme.
