Most gamers know what OnLive is but for those who don't know, OnLive is a Cloud gaming company that offers a Gaming-On-Demand service and let's you buy or rent games, and Steam-Play them on your TV set, Computer and now any iOS device (such as an iPhone or iPad) by streaming the games video instead of downloading the actual game files. Imagine playing a full version of Assassins Creed on your Netbook, you can do that (at least they say).

OnLive has launched the iOS version of their client to play Games-On-Demand on you iPhone and iPad and maybe later on (just assuming) they will also launch the client for the Apple TV as it is also an iOS device that was purely built for streaming HD movies. As you will see in the video below the new IOS OnLive app allows the iOS device to be connected to a controller via Bluetooth to play games like you would on an XBOX or PlayStation.
